Structure.
Stability.
Income.
Opportunity.
A place to belong.
A sense of movement and relevance.
And over time, it doesn’t just ask for work.
It asks for all of you.
Time.
Attention.
Availability.
Not only during working hours,
but into your evenings,
your weekends,
your inner space.
Often without asking.
Often because it feels normal.
Because this is how it works.
Because exchange is part of life.
And that’s true -
exchange is part of life.
But sometimes the exchange tilts.
Not in one dramatic moment,
but gradually.
Until one day you realize

Und mit der Zeit verlangt es nicht mehr nur nach Arbeit.
Es verlangt nach dir - ganz.
Zeit.
Aufmerksamkeit.
Verfügbarkeit.
Nicht nur während der Arbeitszeit,
sondern hinein in die Abende,
in die Wochenenden,
in den inneren Raum.
Oft ohne zu fragen.
Oft, weil es normal erscheint.
Weil es eben so funktioniert.
Weil Austausch Teil des Lebens ist.
Und das stimmt -
Austausch ist Teil des Lebens.
